దోసకాయతో నేతి పరాఠాలు

కావలసిన పదార్థాలు :
గోధుమపిండి.. 3 కప్పులు
అల్లంవెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్.. ఒక టీ.
కారం.. రెండు టీ.
దోసకాయ తురుము.. రెండు కప్పులు
పెరుగు.. ఒక టీ.
నెయ్యి.. రెండు టీ.

తయారీ విధానం :
గోధుమపిండిలో కారం, అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్టు, పెరుగు, నెయ్యి, దోసకాయ తురుము, రుచికి కాస్త ఉప్పు వేసి బాగా కలపాలి. దోసకాయల్లో నీరుంటుంది గనక మళ్లీ నీరు పోయకూడదు. పిండిని ముద్దలా చేసుకుని నానబెట్టాలి. తర్వాత పరాఠాల్లా చేసుకుని పెనం పైన రెండువేపులా నెయ్యితో కాల్చి, వేడి వేడిగా పెరుగు చట్నీతో తింటే చాలా రుచిగా ఉంటాయి

నవరాత్రులు

పూర్వం దేవతలు భండాసురడనే రాక్షసుని బారి నుండి తమను రక్షించుకొనుటకు ఆ ఆదిపరాశక్తిని తలచి మహాయజ్ఞాన్ని నిర్వహించారు.

ఆ యజ్ఞగుండములో వారివారి శరీర భాగాలను ఖండించుకుని ఆహుతి చేశారు. దీనికి ఆ జగన్మాత సంతసించి కోటి సూర్యకాంతులతో ప్రత్యక్షమై వారికి అభయమిచ్చి భండాసురుని సంహరించి దేవతల అభీష్టమను నెరవేర్చింది.

ఆ దేవదేవి పాడ్యమి మొదలు నవమి వరకు ఒక్కోరోజు ఒక్కో రాక్షసుని వధించసాగింది. ఆ శక్తి నుంచి వివిధ శక్తులు నవదుర్గలుగా అవతరించారు. వారిలో 1. శైలపుత్రి 2. బ్రహ్మచారిణి 3. చంద్రఘంట 4. కూష్మాండ 5. స్కందమాత 6. కాత్యాయనీ 7. కాళరాత్రి 8. మహాగౌరి 9. సిద్ధిరాత్రి అను రూపాలతో ఆ తల్లీ ఆరాధనలు అందుకోసాగింది.

తొలుత ఈ దేవదేవి "శ్రీ కృష్ణ పరమాత్మ"చే గోకులం, బృందావనములలో పూజలందుకుందని పండితులు అంటున్నారు. "బ్రహ్మ" కైటభుల బారి నుండి రక్షించుకోవడం కోసం అమ్మలగన్న అమ్మను స్తుతించి విముక్తి పొందాడని, 'పరమేశ్వరుడు' త్రిపురాసుర సంహార సమయమందు ఈ జగన్మాతను ఆరాధించి విజయం సాధించినట్లు పురాణాలు చెబుతున్నాయి.

అలాగే దేవేంద్రుడు దూర్వాసుని శాపంవల్ల సంపదలన్నీ సముద్రంలో కలిసిపోగా.. ఈ పరాశక్తి సేవించి తిరిగి సంపదల్ని పొందగలిగినాడని పురోహితులు అంటున్నారు.

అలాంటి మహామహులు, దేవతలు, సిద్ధులే ఆమెను నిష్టతో ప్రార్థించి తమ అభిష్టాలను తీర్చుకోగలిగారు. అందుచేత మనం కూడా ఆ దేవదేవిని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా స్తుతించి.. అమ్మవారి అనుగ్రహం పొందుదాం..

ఇందులో భాగంగా.. ఆశ్వీయుజ మాసంలో శుక్లపక్షంలో పాడ్యమి, హస్తానక్షత్రములో కూడియున్న శుభదినాన ఈ దేవీ పూజ ప్రారంభించడం చాలా మంచిదని మార్కండేయ పురాణం చెబుతోంది. అందువల్ల ఈ రోజు నుంచి నవరాత్రులు ప్రారంభిస్తారు.

అందులో మొదటి మూడు రోజులు దుర్గారూపాన్ని ఆరాధించి అరిషడ్వర్గాలను, తదుపరి మూడు రోజులు లక్ష్మీరూపాన్ని ఆరాధించి సిరిసంపదలను, చివరి మూడు రోజులలో సరస్వతి రూపాన్ని ఆరాధించి జ్ఞానాన్ని పొందాలని పెద్దలు చెబుతున్నారు
